Target Audience: Social Work Teams / Independent, Private and Voluntary Providers / Supported Living

Aim

For the attendees to feel more confident in the CHC process

Key Learning Points

• To have a practical understanding of the CHC process.
• To know when MCA and BI is required
• To have a better understanding of what evidence is required
• To have a greater understanding of the Checklist and Decision Support Tool (DST)
• To understand the need to have a DST outcome recorded
• To have confidence is applying the 4 key indicators

There is no charge to attend these courses, however a cancellation charge may apply to non-attendance if sufficient notice is not given
