Support for Families Coordinators
Our Support for Families Coordinators (previously named TAF coordinators) will likely be the first person from our team that you will speak to about your support needs.
From the point of a referral coming into the Early Help team, a coordinator will ensure they fully explore what the family's support needs are, to make sure they receive the correct service.
Where Early help support meetings would be helpful, coordinators are a point of contact for families, children and young people as well as agencies such as education, health and voluntary services who are providing support. This is to make sure everyone is clear about the family's early help plan.
