Council Tenants Service Charges

Please find below an explanation of what standards you can expect from the grass cutting and cleaning services.

Grass Cutting Services

• The grass will be cut 10 times a year
• Litter picking prior to grass cutting
• Weed spraying
• Grass cuttings will not be removed
• Anything left on grassed areas will not be moved - they will be cut around e.g., plant pots

Cleaning Services

• Cleaning will be done once every four weeks
• Remove all litter/rubbish from communal areas
• Remove cobwebs and dust
• Clean door frames, doors and door glass
• Clean window frames and internal window glass
• Sweep or vacuum as appropriate
• Floors mopped (unless there is a risk of frost)
• Remove marks from wall where possible
• Wipe/clean/dust handrails/ balustrades/paintwork
