Community transport
The commercial and contract bus services in Powys are supplemented and complemented by community transport schemes provided by voluntary organisations.
Many of these schemes are limited to elderly and disabled people or others with mobility problems. Each operates to its own rules and enquiries should be directed to the organisation providing the service. In particular, community schemes are not normally intended to replace reductions in patient transport.
