Drainage works to be discussed at drop-in session
|6th February 2018|
A public drop-in session to discuss proposed drainage works on a trunk road in a south Powys village will be taking place next week, the county council has said.
Residents and the local community are being urged to attend the drop-in session to discuss the proposed works on the A479 trunk road in Tretower. The drop-in session will be taking place at Tretower Village Hall on Thursday, February 15 from 12-8pm.
The aim of the session is to provide information to members of the public regarding the proposed drainage scheme through the village of Tretower. There will be an opportunity to ask questions, provide any comments and highlight any potential issues with the proposed scheme.
Representatives from both the Welsh Government and the North and Mid Wales Trunk Road Agency, the organisations responsible for maintaining the A479, will be attending the session along with the engineering design consultancy for the scheme, the Central Wales Infrastructure Collaboration.
