Meeting Room
The meeting room at Newtown Library is a good-sized, easily accessible, versatile space suitable for 1:1 meetings, small groups or larger teaching or presentation events. Kitchen facilities are available.
The room can be booked in 1 hour or, discounted 3 hour sessions and there are further reductions for regular bookings of 10+ per year.
Voluntary/educational organisations: £30 per 3 hour session or £15 per hour during library opening hours. 10% reduction for regular bookings (10 per year and over)
Other organisations: £50 per 3 hour session or £20 per hour during library opening hours. 10% reduction for regular bookings (10 per year and over)
At certain times the library may also be available out of hours - please contact the library to check availability and costs.

Exhibition space
The exhibition space of Newtown library is the entrance way to the library, and consists of gallery space, display cabinets and an area for table top displays. The gallery and cabinets are booked on a monthly basis and are free for non-selling use. Table top displays are at the discretion of the librarian.

£50 + 10% of sales for selling exhibitions
Display Cases:
Free for non-selling
£25 + 10% of sales for selling exhibitions each
Prices are per exhibition, for up to one month's duration
Local organisations information displays: FREE at the discretion of the Branch Librarian
