Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI) is a team role profile and relationship awareness tool that has enabled many teams to improve communication, reduce conflict and ensure a more productive working environment.
Who Should Attend?
This course is for intact teams that want to gain a better understanding of how they can have a more productive working environment. Courses should involve the whole team that is affected.

- To understand how to use all aspects of the SDI tool to best affect the working practices of the team.
- The objectives will be dependent on the needs of the team.
