Active Travel Network Map
The Powys County Council Active Travel Network Map Stakeholder Engagement has now closed. Thank you to everyone who participated.
This initiative provides the opportunity for stakeholders and residents to update and develop the aspirational active travel network they previously identified in their town during the Integrated Network Map process of 2016/2017.
Please note, this initiative is to outline potential routes and improvements in designated localities (settlements determined by the Minister) and does not mean the routes will receive funding for construction.
Follow these 3 steps to taking active travel strides:
- Download/print the relevant town map (the map will already show the aspirational routes identified previously which form the foundation of this refresh)
- Mark on the map in red any new routes or improvements to existing routes you feel would be beneficial to Active Travel in the town.
- Send your map to firstname.lastname@example.org
You can also participate and make your suggestions through Commonplace Mapping. Further details can be found on the Powys County Council Commonplace webpage: https://powys.commonplace.is/
Should you wish to describe your suggestions (rather than downloading the map) please email this to email@example.com

Please note: whilst this stakeholder engagement primarily focuses on the 11 designated localities in Powys (as determined by the Minister) we also welcome suggestions for active travel improvements in other Powys settlements. Please email your suggestions to firstname.lastname@example.org
