If you wish to complain about a business in England, Scotland or Wales you can do this via the Citizen’s Advice Consumer Service website. They will refer your complaint to us and/or Trading Standards if necessary. If you wish to complain about a business in Northern Ireland you can do this via the Consumerline website, or by calling 0300 123 6262.
