Council owned workspace
The council has a portfolio of starter units, workshops and offices in 14 locations throughout Powys. We have over 90,000 sq ft of industrial and office floor space with 160 workshop and small office units.
We provide workspace services to small and medium sized enterprises and business start-ups that provide local jobs as a way of contributing to the wider regeneration of Powys.
