CPEL - Consolidation Programme for Newly Qualified Social Workers - First Three Years In Practice

The programme is offered by Porth Agored and University of Wales Trinity Saint David. It carries 60 credits at level 6 (graduate) and consists of work based learning and assessment.

This award meets the requirements of the first part of the Care Council for Wales' Continuing Professional Education and Learning Framework (CPEL). The Care Council expects that new social workers will gain this award in their first three years of practice after qualifying and registering as a social worker.
