Active Offer, Welsh Language Provision

Due to financial pressures we are sorry to inform you that we are unable to provide tea and coffee at the training events during 2019-2020, we advise that you take drinks and a packed lunch with you to events.

Aim

To create a better understanding of the legal and cultural requirements to provide care services in the Welsh Language. The sessions will look at what is the active offer and how within the Social Care Sector we can be proactive in using the 'Active Offer' with actual tools, tips and practical ways to start.
