Brexit Business events

Powys businesses are being invited to three seminars in Llandrindod Wells for Brexit Readiness events.
The events, which will be held at the Metropole Hotel, will be held on Friday October 18 and Thursday October 24, all running from 10.30am to 4.30pm looking at tax, Vat and export issues.
Friday's event will look at potential implications of Brexit and what businesses need to consider. Looking in detail at the at the advice published by HMRC to explain the Jargon and potential implications.
It will include 121-export documentation support, an hour with a documentation supervisor to ask specific questions on the required documents required for exporting.
Thursday's event covers exporting goods to Business customers outside UK - Current VAT requirements and potential Brexit impact areas to plan for. Selling Goods online to private consumers outside the UK-- Current VAT requirements and potential Brexit impact areas to plan for.
Providing services to business customers outside the UK - Current VAT requirements and potential Brexit impact areas to plan for.
Electronically Supplied services - What do you need to understand about the VAT rules in this area and how Brexit could impact.
It also includes a VAT surgery Day for individual Businesses - 1-hour individual meetings available with a Centurion VAT specialist to discuss their particular business concerns regarding VAT arrangements or understanding.
All sessions are free but spaces are limited with booking essential.
