Important message to suppliers:
Current events are having an impact on us all and the Council wants to ensure that payments to our suppliers can be maintained. Council staff are currently working from home and we already have a process in place by which invoices can be submitted via email. Invoices submitted this way can be processed much more quickly than paper documents submitted by post and are not reliant on the location of our staff.
We therefore request you to submit your invoices attached to an email forwarded to the following email address:- email@example.com.
Invoices can ideally be submitted as a pdf document, or as a scanned image. If you need advice about the format of the documents, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Paper invoices received through the post will of course continue to be processed, but will inevitably take longer.
