Examples include major pipe leaks, total power failure, serious roof defects, lightning, storm or flood damage, blocked or broken toilets, broken soil pipes. Tenants supported during Coronavirus crisis
If you are registered for housing under the Homes In Powys scheme, we will be continuing to allocate homes but you will not be able to move into the property until further notice. Anyone who is moving out of their home (e.g. moving into residential care) should call us to agree what they need to do to return the keys of their current property to the Council. If the situation changes we will up-date via our Facebook page and the 'Apply for social housing' webpage.
