To have a practical understanding of the CHC process.
To know when MCA and BI is required
To have a better understanding of what evidence is required
To have a greater understanding of the Checklist and Decision Support Tool (DST)
To understand the need to have a DST outcome recorded
To have confidence is applying the 4 key indicators
