Report an animal welfare concern

This form should only be used to report animal welfare issues relating to farmed animals or animals being kept on a licensed or licensable animal establishment (i.e. Zoo, Pet Shop, Boarding Kennels, Cattery, Home Boarder/Day Care, Riding Establishment, Dog Breeder or keeper of Dangerous Wild Animals).

Reports relating to pet companion animals, wild animals or any other animal should be made to an appropriate third sector animal welfare organisation, such as the RSPCA.
