Creation of a multi-agency hub at Brecon Enterprise Park
One of the projects under this package is the purchase of an office unit at Brecon Enterprise Park for the creation of a multi-agency hub - Ty Brycheiniog.
The hub will bring together organisations from the public, private and third sector in a flexible working environment.
If successful, this would release much needed land and buildings within the town centre which could aid redevelopment and economic regeneration in a constrained development area.
