Almost £7million has been secured for three projects under the Brecon and Radnorshire Strategic Town Centre Investment package.
One of the projects under this package is for the purchase of a derelict brownfield site in Llandrindod Wells for an affordable housing scheme.
The purchase of a brownfield site located adjacent to the Autopalace in Llandrindod Wells, is required in order to develop a site for the provision of good quality, affordable, energy efficient housing to meet the proven housing need in the area and improving the local environment, economy, and sustainability of the community.
