Notice is given that on 26 June 2023 the Standards Committee of Powys County Council determined that former Councillor Tim Van-Rees had failed to comply with the Code of Conduct for members.
The Standards Committee determined that former Councillor Tim Van-Rees should be censured.
A copy of the report of the Standards Committee on the outcome of the investigation, is available for inspection free of charge at all reasonable hours at the following Council office for a period of 21 days commencing 31 August 2023.
