Powys Regional Partnership Board (RPB) brings together a range of service representatives including the local council, health board, voluntary sector and other key people including citizens. We do this to ensure that people work together better to improve health and wellbeing in Powys.

This PNA aims to provide a focused view of current and future health and social care needs in Powys from three key perspectives: 1. Identifying existing and future care and support needs (including the needs of carers) 2. Looking at the services and assets available to meet those needs 3. Identifying actions required to address any gaps in services or unmet needs

Social Services and Well Being (Wales) Act 2014
The Social Services and Well-being (Wales) Act came into force on 6 April 2016.
The Act provides the legal framework for improving the well-being of people who need care and support, and carers who need support, and for transforming social services in Wales.
