Our fees are generally based on our standard fee table of charges. If your project is outside the scope of this we can individually determine your fees.
Fees
If you are unsure of the fee or where the scope of work if not listed for example, for multiple types of building work or larger/complicated projects the fee will need to be advised to you.

For a Regularisation the cost will be 150% of the Building Notice fee excluding VAT.
Once your application is submitted, we will check the application and confirm the fee to you.
