Strategic Outline Programme (SOP) - Rolling Programme

The Council has recently developed a new Strategic Outline Programme (SOP) which sets out its plans for significant capital investment in new education facilities over the next 10 years.

The SOP was approved by the Council's Cabinet in May 2024, and Welsh Government in August 2024. A copy of the SOP is available below:
