Ysgol Bro Cynllaith
The Council is consulting on a proposal to close Ysgol Bro Cynllaith. The consultation period has been extended, and will now end on 19 November 2024.
The proposal is as follows:
To close Ysgol Bro Cynllaith from 31 August 2025, Powys based pupils to transfer to their nearest alternative school in Powys
This consultation is being held in accordance with the School Organisation Code (2018) and School Standards and Organisation (Wales) Act 2013.
Consultation started on 3 October 2024 and will end on 19 November 2024.
