Ysgol Bro Cynllaith

Powys County Council has carried out the statutory process on a proposal to close Ysgol Bro Cynllaith.

A Statutory Notice in respect of this proposal was published on 12 March 2025, and the Objection Period ended on 9 April 2025.

The Council has prepared an Objection Report outlining the Objections received during the Objection Period. The Objection Report is available below:

On the 10 June 2025, the Council's Cabinet considered the Objection Report and agreed to go ahead with the proposal to close Ysgol Bro Cynllaith from the 31 August 2025.
