Aim:
- To effectively lead and manage meetings and case conferences.
- Following the procedure of safeguarding children or adults at risk.
Learning Outcomes:
- Support the ability to chair effective meetings and case conference.
- Know the importance of involving the child or adult at risk, their attendance and consultation.
- Understand the legal and procedural framework.
- Manage and utilise, multi-agency discussion.
- Guidance on how to best manage conflict.
- Identify and manage ongoing risk of abuse and neglect.
- Ability to implement and review the adult/child's care and support protection plan.
- Decide on case closure based on evidence presented.
