Street Naming and Numbering request

Before you start...

You will need the following information to hand before making your request:

• If registering a new address, a suitably scaled location plan of the property in digital form, which can be uploaded to this web form. This may not be required if you can provide your Building Regulations Application Reference.
• Payment card ready to make an online payment.
• A preferred house/building name and ideally an alternative name, for the property or properties.
• If you do not own the property, a document in digital form from the property owner (e.g. a scanned letter) expressing consent to change the property name.

For new dwellings you must have submitted a Building Regulations application for the affected property or properties before you can make a request with this form.
