As part of the Temporary Event Notice application we will process the following information about you:

- Contact Details
- Address
- Venue Details

Your personal information will be processed to:
- Verify your eligibility to apply for a Temporary Event Notice
- Ensure compliance with statutory limits on the number of Temporary Event Notices per applicant and venue
- Process and manage your application efficiently
Automated decision-making (including profiling) is not being used.
Who might we share your personal information with?
Your personal data may be shared with the police and other departments within Powys County Council such as Environmental Health and Environmental Protection.
We share this information for the purpose of obtaining comments or objections from these services.
Personal data is not being used outside of the European Economic Area (EEA).

How long will we retain your personal information for?
We retain records related to Temporary Event Notices (TENs) in accordance with the Powys County Council's retention schedule. For routine applications, records are retained for up to 2 years. Where a TEN is subject to inspection, investigation, or enforcement action, records may be retained for up to 7 years from the date of the last action. We only keep your information for the minimum period necessary. At the end of the retention period, information will be deleted.
