Resident's Parking Permit

Before you start...

You will need the following information to hand before making your request:

• For private vehicles, a photo or scanned image of your V5C registration certificate (logbook). The vehicle must be registered to your address (not required if you have previously been issued with a permit for the same vehicle).
• For company vehicles, a letter from your employer stating you are entitled to make personal use of the vehicle (not required if you have previously been issued with a permit for the same vehicle).
• A payment card ready to make an online payment.

You also must live within one of Powys County Council's residents' parking zones in order to qualify for a permit.
