Forden 40mph speed limit Proposal

Description:

It is considered appropriate to implement a 40mph limit on the C2114 in Forden due to the limited frontage development and semirural nature of the roadside environment which will also link to a planned reduction of part of the national speed limit west of this point due to the Church House Farm development.
