Description:

This proposed Order is necessary to maintain the existing speed limit of 30mph on selected roads within the County of Powys where a limit of 20mph is considered inappropriate due to the low level of frontage residential properties and absence of locations such as school or hospitals or retail outlets. 

The Council considers that a 30mph speed limit is an appropriate speed limit for the roads listed within the Order as they do not have the nature of a road that should be subject to a speed limit of 20 mph.
