Safer Care and Reframing Allegations

Course Aims:

To give all participants a clearer understanding of the complexities and challenges of managing allegations as positively as possible, whilst keeping the child at the centre of all plans.

Course Outcomes:

The training will provide you with a heightened awareness of the importance of safer caring in relation to allegation management, the risk of complacency, and maintaining a safe and secure environment for foster children, carers and their families.
