Community asset transfers
The term "community asset transfer" abbreviated as "CAT", is defined by the Department of Communities & Local Government as "passing ownership or management of a building or piece of land from a public sector body to a third sector organisation"
It is our intention to advertise land and building assets that have the potential to be Community Asset Transferred (CAT). Should a third sector organisation have an interest in managing a property or land on behalf of the community then please complete the below expressions of interest form. A business case will be necessary should the expressions of interest be considered viable.
