Notice: My Powys Account email issue
Overnight on the 8th / 9th January we sent an email to a number of My Account holders with the subject line: 'Your Feedback Matters - Help Us Improve the My Account Facility'. Unfortunately, we encountered an issue meaning that a small number of people received repeated emails over a period of time overnight.
We apologise for this error and any concern or inconvenience it may have caused. We would like to reassure you that the emails were genuine and that it is safe to click on the link to participate in the survey.
We are working to understand and resolve the issue.
