If you have an emergency such as repairs or homelessness and need to contact us when our offices are closed after 5pm or on weekends or bank holidays, please call 01597 827464. 

Any calls which are not classified as a priority will be dealt with on the first morning the offices reopen after the weekend or Bank Holidays. 

All out-of-hours emergencies, including housing repairs, can now be reported on the Delta Wellbeing website https://deltawellbeing.org.uk/delta-connect/out-of-hours-emergency/ .

Please provide as much information as possible so that advisors can action your emergency without any delay. They will only contact you if they need to, this is to make sure resources can be directed elsewhere to help other customers who require emergency assistance.
