Missed Bin Collections

We apologise for the inconvenience, but garden waste collections in the North Powys areas below scheduled for Wednesday 29 October through Friday 31 October will not be completed in time. 
Unfortunately, customers will need to wait until their next scheduled collection and we will clear any excess material accrued in the meantime. 
North Powys - Collections scheduled for Wednesday 29 October: CAERSWS, CARNO, CLATTER, LLANDINAM, LLANWNOG, LLAWR-Y-GLYN, PONTDOLGOCH, TREFEGLWYS, VAN 
North Powys - Collections scheduled for Thursday 30 October: ABERMULE, CAERSWS, CHURCHSTOKE, KERRY, LLANMYREWIG, MACHYNLLETH, NEWTOWN 
North Powys - Collections scheduled for Friday 31 October: ABERCEGIR, ABERHOSAN, DAROWEN, FORGE, MACHYNLLETH, MELIN-BYRHEDYN, MONTGOMERY, PENEGOES 
Please do not report a missed collection before the rescheduled collection date. Reports made before this date will be cancelled.

Are you sure about your collection day?

Your collection may have been affected by bad weather, vehicle breakdown or road works. Please use our online postcode checker to confirm arrangements for your property: Bin collection day

Before reporting a missed collection, please bear in mind the collection crews may still be out working until the end of the day.

Also, please check:

• that your containers were out by 7.30 am
• that your containers were out in the correct place
• that your lid was closed and no extra waste was next to your bin
• that the correct waste was in the containers

Crews will not return for any boxes/bins/bags that are placed out late. If this happens, you should take your containers back in until the next collection or you can take the recycling to a household recycling centre.
