Powys Apprenticeships
An apprenticeship is like a regular job, except that you will be required to work towards an accredited qualification related to your role, which will be delivered by a Welsh Government approved training provider.

Career Graded Positions
A Career Graded Position will still require you to undertake accredited training related to your role but such training may be arranged in house by Powys County Council.
