Council Tax: When an adult has died
When an adult passes away and someone continues to live in the property, or if the property becomes vacant, we need to know who has died and who is responsible for administering their estate. We also need to know whose name the Council Tax bill should be issued in.

If only one adult remains in the home, they may also be eligible for a single person discount.
