Our Income & Awards service will be launching an improved automated telephony service later today (17th December 2019). We have listened to customer feedback over the past 6 months and have made several improvements based on those comments. The redeveloped system should improve the customer journey by continuing to facilitate self service and providing clearer exits points to an advisor for more complex matters.
