Parc Brynygroes - Ystradgynlais - Subject to Contract

A Package Deal scheme - providing 4 new affordable homes

Powys County Council are purchasing, subject to contract, four new homes for social rent in Ystradgynlais. The scheme is developed as part of the new Package Deal option with a developer, in order to increase the number of affordable, secure social homes that we can offer to people in Powys.

Brynygroes, Ystradgynlais consists of:

• 4 No x two-bedroom houses
