What constitutes the LA placing a child under S.76 and what is a family arrangement.
Is there any recent case law around how long a child should remain S.76 without the LA issuing a care application.
Do the LA always need to issue a care application if there are no issues with the child remaining S.76 and parents are working with the LA.
What is the law around UASC, should the LA issue a care application if they have nobody who can give parental consent for under 16-year-olds.
