A Package Deal scheme providing 7 new affordable homes

Powys County Council have purchased seven new homes for social rent in Llanigon. The scheme was developed as part of the new Package Deal option with a developer, in order to increase the number of affordable, secure social homes that we can offer to people in Powys.

The Llanigon scheme consists of:

• 3 x one-bedroom flats
• 3 x two-bedroom flats
• 1 x two-bedroom house
