To ensure our vision for Customer Experience is being realised, we've developed an outline Action Plan that identifies our aims and outcomes.

These plans are currently being refined into actionable steps. Progress will be tracked and reported through the Council's governance structure and published externally, so you can see how we're performing against our vision and customer promise
