Estyn success for Llanfaes C.P. School recognised by council

Llanfaes C.P. School has been praised in the Estyn inspection report for creating a nurturing environment where pupils feel safe, respected, and eager to learn.
The report, published on Friday, May 30, features a special 'spotlight' section showcasing best practice at the school, highlighting how it has created a dynamic learning environment that nurtures independence and curiosity among its youngest pupils.
It also highlights the school's success in developing pupils' communication, mathematical, and digital skills, specifically acknowledging the school's inclusive approach, particularly in supporting pupils with additional learning needs.
Cllr Pete Roberts, Cabinet Member for a Learning Powys, said: "On behalf of Powys County Council, I want to extend my heartfelt congratulations to everyone at Llanfaes C.P. School on this outstanding Estyn report.
