Communicating with you
- We aim to communicate with you in either your language of choice or your preferred method of communication, such as Makaton/ easy read / email/ large print documents.
- We aim to record our conversations in your own words.,
- We aim to make all our documents as simple and easy to understand as possible.
- If you prefer you can have someone with you or have someone speak on your behalf such as a friend or relative or we can arrange someone (an advocate). If you can't make decisions for yourself, for whatever reason, we can appoint someone to act in your best interests to make sure your voice and opinions are heard.
