  • Aim for regular sleep, hydration, movement and fresh air
  • Take breaks from screens, noise and pressure
  • Spend time in nature or doing things you enjoy
  • Connect with others, even a quick chat makes a difference
  • Set small, realistic goals and celebrate progress
  • Ask for support when things feel off, it's a strength, not a weakness
