Section 76 Training (Introduction to)

Course Aims:
Social workers and managers have learning needs around the legislative and statutory responsibilities. Also practical applications around appropriate use of this option of care

Course Outcomes:

• To understand the legislation and responsibilities around S.76 placements
• To learn about best practice based on research, legislation and service user voices.
• To reflect on the importance of partnership working and relationship-based practice with families.
