Council Tax Exemption for Refuges Providing Emergency Accommodation
A property may be exempt if it is a refuge provided by, or commissioned by, the local authority (Powys County Council) and is used wholly or mainly for the temporary or emergency accommodation of individuals who have experienced any form of abuse.
