Housing Services Group 100 (HSG 100)
Powys County Council is committed to ensuring that tenants have an opportunity to express their views on the services it provides. The information provided by tenants helps Powys County Council to work towards continually improving its services.
Housing Services Group 100 is one way of giving us your views by a method that suits you.
HOW WOULD YOU LIKE TO BE CONSULTED?
Telephone - you will be asked to give your views over the telephone by answering a set of simple questions.
Postal Questionnaire - you will be sent questions for you to complete at your convenience and return in the pre-paid envelope.
Email - you will be sent an email of questions, which you will complete on your computer and then email it back to us.
Focus Group - you will be asked to meet in a relaxed atmosphere, with other tenants of the focus group and staff members to discuss a particular housing service - a great opportunity to share your views.
Our aim is to get 100 tenants signed up to being part of Housing Services Group 100. However, the more tenants we get signed up to the group, the better picture we get of your views and our services.
