Search, view and comment on planning applications
Powys County Council is moving to a new system for processing planning applications. As a result, there are currently two public registers, depending on when an application was submitted.
Please follow the guidance below to ensure you use the correct system.

Applications submitted on or after 20 April 2026
Planning applications registered from 20 April 2026 onwards are available in our new Public Register, which contains both planning and building control applications.
Use the new Public Register to:
- view application details and supporting documents
- submit comments online

Applications submitted before 20 April 2026
Planning applications registered before 20 April 2026 are held on our previous planning applications system.
